The scope of, and the terms and conditions under which wplnk.com delivers the Services, including the scope of mutual rights and obligations arising from the Agreements entered into by wplnk.com with the Customer are hereby set forth in these Terms of Services.
WPLNK Link Counter is a non-exclusive digital product offered by Bismit Maciej Bis (hereinafter wplnk.com).

The subject matter of the Agreement consists in:
- the identification of the means of communication between the Customer and
- technical support & access to the software updates
Intellectual property rights
Bismit Maciej Bis is the exclusive owner of certain intellectual property known as WPLNK Link Counter.
The plugin’s source code is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0. All other elements, including branding, design, and non-code assets, remain the intellectual property of the developer and may not be used, copied, or redistributed except as expressly permitted.
License keys
The checkout process and payments are processed by Paddle.com, which serves as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle.com is responsible for handling any payment or invoice-related inquiries.
Upon successful completion of the checkout process, the applicable license key shall be delivered to the customer via email in the order confirmation message.
Licenses are granted on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis. Licensees are not permitted to resell or sublicense under any circumstances.
License and Usage Terms
Each license key is linked to one specific domain and can be generated from the dedicated "Dashboard" page that is available after logging in using the credentials delivered by email after the first license key was purchased.
Your right to use the License Key is limited to the number of website activations specified in the license tier you acquired.
Any attempt to distribute the plugin files publicly including on GPL marketplace platforms, shall be considered a material breach of this agreement and will result in immediate revocation and deactivation of the License Key.
Technical Support
The Software is provided "as is" with no warranty of compatibility with specific WordPress versions, hosting configuration, or third-party plugins and themes.
Support is exclusively available to customers who own a valid license key and can provide it upon request.
No technical assistance or troubleshooting services is offered for third-party plugins, themes, or custom modifications.
Refund policy
Refunds can be requested during the first 14 days after a purchase, entitling the requester to a full refund without the need for explanations. In order to be eligible for a refund, the plugin must be uninstalled.
To request a refund, please send an email to contact@wplnk.com. The refund policy is no-questions-asked, so there is no need to submit reasons for discontinuing plugin usage.
Upon refund request, the license key will be deactivated, disabling automatic plugin updates and the ability to download plugin files. To avoid abuse of the refund policy, licensing server records related to the license key may be checked following a refund request.
While most refund claims are granted within a few hours, unusual circumstances may take up to 48 hours to process.
Liability and exclusion clauses
wplnk.com is offered without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied and shall not be liable for any damages incurred in result or in connection with the usage of WPLNK Link Counter or in connection with payment and checkout process completed.
Any liability of wplnk.com against third parties connected with performance of the Agreement for the client is hereby excluded, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
No Warranties. The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for the Software Product. The Software Product and any related documentation is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the Software Product remains with you.
No Liability for Damages. In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this Software is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.
wplnk.com shall not be liable for non-performance or improper performance of services, resulting from the provision by the Customer as well as persons authorized to act on behalf of the Customer or acting upon the Customer’s order, of untrue, unreliable or inaccurate information.
Final provisions
The customer acknowledges that wplnk.com has the right to introduce changes in the Rules or Privacy Policy at any time.
